Split fava beans are a popular legume that has high quality. Split fava beans are nutty- flavored broad beans which have bean dried, skinned and cracked.

Turkish fava bean is an imported product that is similar to Iranian ordinary and yellow fava beans.
The remarkable point about nutritional value of fava beans is that the nutritional value of dried fava beans is higher than fresh fava beans, but vitamin C in fresh fava beans is more than others.
